Salsi Olives was established in 1998 in Central Victoria, Australia.  We produce a range of premium table olives for providores, deli's and restaurants across Australia.

We grow our olives organically, enjoying the flora and fauna in the olive grove and around our property, which includes an area reserved for wildlife.  Click the 'Flora and Fauna' tab on above to read more about the farm and grove.

Salsi also runs Olive Business - an olive industry services company - and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes, which brings the world’s best extra virgin olive oils together to taste, expanding participant's tasting skills, experience and knowledge.
